Flagstaff's Northland Hospice & Palliative Care was founded in 1983 as a non-profit hospice provider. They serve individuals and families by offering choice in care, dignity in the dying process, and support for physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Care is provided to families in Flagstaff, Williams, Winslow, Sedona, Munds Park and many other northern Arizona communities.

Further Shore offers prehospice education and practical, hands-on support for the seriously ill person and their loved ones. These programs are also for anyone wishing to explore these issues in a safe setting, from a spiritual perspective before a crisis arises or after the death of a loved one.

Dannion Brinkley's Twilight Brigade's trained corps of volunteers visit patients in Veterans' Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Hospitals and Hospice facilities around the country based upon patient requests and needs. They provide volunteer training sessions, community workshops, and professional education seminars.
